General terms and conditions
Hotel:
Any stay commenced is payable in full.
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
For groups, a deposit of 50% of the reservation amount is required.
No reservation will be accepted without a deposit or credit card details.
The guest may modify or cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. The guest will be charged for the first night if they cancel within 72 hours of the start of their stay.
Pets are accepted for an additional fee of €10 and subject to prior approval from reception.
Not included is the tourist tax, payable upon arrival and equal to €1.30 per adult per night.
Any damage noted during or at the end of your stay will be charged proportionally to the damage.
Furnished tourist accommodation:
Any stay commenced is due in full.
The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival.
No reservation will be accepted without a deposit and credit card details.
The client may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date for stays of 7 nights or more, and up to 7 days for stays of 2 to 6 nights. After these deadlines, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Pets are accepted for an additional fee and upon prior agreement with reception.
