General conditions
Hotel:
Any stay started is due in full.
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m.
The deposit is 30% of the reservation amount for groups.
No reservation will be accepted without a deposit or credit card details.
The customer can modify or cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the calendar day of arrival. The customer will have to pay the amount of the first night if he cancels within 72 calendar hours before the start of the stay.
Animals are accepted at an additional cost and after approval from reception.
Not included, the price of the tourist tax, to be paid on arrival and equal to €1.05 per adult per night.
Any damage noted during or at the end of the stay will be invoiced at the level of compensation proportional to the damage.
Gîte:
Any stay started is due in full.
The accommodation is available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 10 a.m.
The deposit is 50% of the total amount upon reservation and the balance upon arrival.
No reservation will be made accepted without deposit and credit card details.
A deposit of €500 by check will be requested upon arrival.
The customer may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the calendar day of arrival for stays of 7 nights or more and up to to 7 days for stays of 2 to 6 nights. After these deadlines, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Pets are accepted at an additional cost and after approval from reception.
